About Me

I’m an International Coaching Federation–certified coach who helps mature women heal from loss, reconnect with themselves, and discover joy and love again.

After losing my husband, I personally experienced the challenges of grief, fear, and opening my heart to love again. Through my own healing journey, I learned how important it is to regulate the nervous system, rebuild self-trust, and create a safe and fulfilling life before welcoming a healthy relationship.

For more than 18 years, I’ve supported people around the world, transforming over 1,000 individuals and helping teach our heart-based coaching system to more than 100,000 people.

Today, I’m passionate about helping mature women move beyond grief and fear so they can feel whole, hopeful, and ready for meaningful love again.
